We're in paradise! Caye Caulker is a very chilled little island in the Caribbean, some 45 minutes from Belize city. This island came recommended by Amy and Remya, and hasn't failed to amaze us.
We're staying in a little beach front shack on stilts - Ignacio's Cabin's - which overlooks the sea. It's a perfect spot for watching the sun rise and spotting pelicans fishing.
Activities on the island include swimming with sharks & rays, drinking rum punch and eating lobster. Happy days!
